The time has come for a topic that Jerome has eagerly been awaiting to dig into since much earlier episodes of the podcast. It's time to talk about Atlantis.
While many believe Atlantis to be a fairytale and a place of make-believe/superstition, some believe that there may be some truth to its existence. Atlantis has always been an enigma, it's origins are obscure as well as its end. We've grown up hearing about Atlantis through fairytales and other fiction, most notable the disney film:: 'The Little Mermaid". As one does more research, we find out that there were a few philosophers/great thinkers who seemingly justified and believed in Atlantis as well.
The story of Atlantis goes like this, essentially. There was once a great civilization on Planet earth, where humanity was so advanced and was able to manipulate energy in ways we cannot fathom today. This civilization was built on the water and was a hub of energy for the entire planet. This place was called Atlantis. Unfortunately, Atlantis is believed to have been sunk beneath the Ocean. According to greek mythology, it was done by the God of the sea, Poseidon. This is a very interesting fact due to knowledge of one of Poseidon's many identities.
Jerome believes that Atlantis may have sunk due to an uncontrollable experiment that caused a huge spike in energy which imploded within the civilization. Rosa & Juan share similar sentiments but.....
